Welsummer (?) Rooster needs good home In SoCal

Hello! I'm sad to have to rehome one of my babies. She is a he and I'm not allowed to have a rooster. I think he's a welsummer. He's gorgeous and friendly. About 11 weeks old. We are near Temecula, Ca. These aren't the best photos. I can send a better one on request.
