I am so excited! We are going to be raising turkeys for thanksgiving. We are going to be raising them on grass after the first few weeks in a brooder. We're getting our turkeys from Oregon Peeps in Estacada, keeping our $$$ local all the way. We'll be renting processing equip to do it right too. (They are sold "Live and Whole" though)

If you turkey people have any tips that would be helpful too. We have never raised more than 5 turkeys before, but processing them is old hat.
