Were they supposed to lay this year, Gambel's Quail

My Gambel's quails are almost a year old, they turn one year Late may/ early june

They havent laid yet. Were they supposed to this year ??

Ok, according to pictures, they hatch the second week of june

Mine have been laying for about 2 months and i have about 70 hatched

I don't know. I have mine inside with lights on 24/7

I have had mine outside every since they were big enough to not go through the chicken wire .. .

Ugh I feel so bad that I may have done something wrong

Anyone else know if they are ok or not ?

are you sure that you don't have all males?

what are you feeding them?

I def have a pair. I have been feeding them . . . . hen layer feed . . .BUT ITS ONLY BEEN LIKE FOR 2 MONTHS

I ran out of Gamebird feed and havent gotten around to getting more . ..

Could that be it ??
