wet feathers?

I have a 3month old Rhode Island Red and It looks like there is an oily substance that is leaking out of her ears maybe and that is making her feathers looks dark/damp? Not sure if there is anything actually leaking but she has had a wet neck for about a month. anyone know or have the same thing?I cannot find anything on the web whatsoever.

I have NO idea what's up with your Rhode Island Red, but I hope it gets better.

me too! she seems perfectly fine and healthy but it just seems wierd and I have another RIR and she's not like that.
