Wet Pox on Sebright, Please Help!

I've noticed that she's had pox for about a week, but she only had one dry pox spot. Since then, she's gotten wet pox and it's been getting worse by the hour. Thankfully she's still energetic and eating egg and oatmeal but when she tries to sleep she starts ghasping and shaking. What should I do?!

Check inside of her mouth to see if there’s pox inside. If there is you will need to remove it with a q-tip.
