Wet upper eyelid baby chick

Hello
A week old brahma chick noticed it's wet up the eyes (few other ones as well) they're eating, drinking normally no other symptoms, it's wet when you touch it not crusty I don't know if they dipping themselves in water or what but it's just few of them also there eyes seems fine no water inside

Do some observing, see if you can see it happening with them getting water.
What kind of waterer are you using?
With no other symptoms, hard to say. If anything else develops, different story.
