What’s on my ducks feet ?

Dose anyone know what is going on with my pekin ducks foot? It’s only on one of her foot and she can stand on both feet no problem. Please let me know what this could be and how to help her. Thanks!

To me, it looks like a bruise or bleeding under the skin. I don't have a lot of duck experience, so is it possible that it's just a natural marking due to breed? (One of my chickens has random darker scales that look weird, but are fine.)

does it look normal underneath the foot?
I also think it looks sort of like a bruise , I would treat it by just cleaning it with a little saline or spraying vetericyn on it and then pat dry and put a little antibacterial ointment (like neosporin, but it must be WITHOUT pain relief added)
a couple times a day
