have a couple approx 20 week old hens who are all laying. The last few days I’ve found eggs like this in the coop, I don’t think any of them are having diarrhea so I’m not sure if there is any explination what that brown stuff may be?

You'll want to use water that is warmer then the egg due to the egg being porous. Cold water brings bacteria in, warm water keeps bacteria out. If your egg is in the fridge prior to washing then cool water is fine. I always just use warm though.

Where was the egg laid in a clean nest or on the ground?
Could be blood, but looks the wrong color,
could be a bit of poop leaked out when egg was laid, it happens.
Just wash it well and it's perfectly edible if fully cooked,
might be best for hard boiled eggs rather than over easy tho.
