What’s worse?

When incubating any eggs (quail eggs in my case) is it worse when humidity is too high or too low? One of my incubators isn’t too good with maintaining humidity.

I think high humidity is worse since it’s harder to recover from than low humidity.

Too high of humidity during the incubating phase can cause the entire hatch to fail.
