Hey guys I have an isa brown chicken unsure on her age we bought her off a local free range egg farm and I have noticed that she has been a lot quieter than normal and doesn’t have much energy she’s resting a lot I’ve also seen two patches on her wings but haven’t noticed any lice or mites on her. She‘s got very runny poop. I’ve seen lice on two of my other chickens but they have been acting perfectly fine I’m in the middle on getting rid of them does anyone have an idea on what going on with her

Also forgot to mention that she has stopped laying

Bald spots, decrease in egg laying, changes in appetite (and therefore changes in poop), and lethargy are all signs of chicken lice. You might not be able to see them, but it's certain that she has/had them. Lice are very contagious, and you said your other chickens had them. I would keep on trying to get rid of them and see if she improves. If after that she continues to deteriorate, you can rule that out and try to find another explanation. But the lice are your best bet.
