What’s wrong with my hen’s back end?

She is acting and eating normal. Just noticed her back end is bald and seems to be bulging out. Any suggestions or remedies would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No, we got her (and 9 others) last spring as chicks. We did introduce a couple hens recently that we got as chicks this spring and I feel like things have been kind of tense since then. I haven’t noticed any major bullying but I’ll definitely keep an eye out. Thanks so much to the both of you for your reply!

I added a 5 month old pullet to our current 3 a couple of years ago, and my head bully hen plucked her butt clean. seriously, it was the first time I’d ever seen their vent Then for good measure the bully hen plucked her chick sister’s butt clean too. Wasn’t a good time…
