What’s wrong with my sweet duck?

She doesn’t eat. Doesn’t hang with the others. She drinks plenty of water and swims... just seems sad, or solemn. Then this morning... we noticed her feathers are unlike the others...
should we be worried?

How old is she? Could she be molting?
Could it be wet feather?

Her wings aren’t turned up, she has broken feathers under her wings.
She is the same age as the other Saxonys in the picture-7 weeks old.
There are feathers all over the enclosure, and it is hotter than blazes in Texas right now.
