what about eggs you pick up?

I understand you have to let shipped eggs rest 24 hours. What about eggs you drive to pick up? It's about a 30 mile trip. Are they ok to put right into the incubator? TIA

If you are driving on good roads, drive reasonably, and don't hit rough spots, they should be OK. If you drive over some of the gravel roads around here, I'd treat them like shipped eggs.

I let the ones I pick up rest overnight anyway. I don't think it hurts anything.

thx the roads arent bad but I would be going up and down mountains, Probably best to let the rest like you say.
