So what do we do about other eggs in a incubator if they have pipped externally, when we need to open and get another hatched duck out? I have 3 eggs they all have pipped externally and 1 of the 4 has hatched?

If you need to take it out just do it as fast as possible. When I remove birds I mist the remaining eggs to boost the humidity.
