What age/breed is this pullet

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea as to what age this pullet is? I've had chickens before but only ever fully grown so am completely clueless!

Also, can anybody see any breed traits in her? I'm pretty sure she's not a pure breed but was just curious as to what breeds might be in her.. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Not sure , she looks exactly like my girl but I'm also trying to figure out what her breed is

She looks like my mixed breed gold hens and they were 12 weeks around the 20th of this month
