At what age can i begin keeping the roosters with the chicks?

I would wait until the chicks are the same size as the rewt of the flock, and its something you'll have to do gradually to prevent the new ones from being picked on. I would put them in a cage in the coop for a few days, so the others can see them, but not able to hurt them. This will help them to become socialized.
