What age do geese display adult behavior?

I have a 3.5 month old goose I’m wanting to figure out the gender of. I know the shrill vs deep honk and head posture can give it away, but I’m wondering what age do they display these behaviors?
So far the young goose just does little repetitive chatter honks and hasn’t done a big honk yet. It also doesn’t walk around with its head up like my other male does, but I’m not sure if this is because it’s still too young or if it’s a female.

By “adult behavior” you mean goose mating? Typically the males start mounting females in spring. Here, in Zone 6, it’s around Feb-March when they begin breeding season, lasts until around June - July, typically.

So funny I raise lots of babies. Never sure till late fall with behavior. Voices can be confusing also. By late fall I get a clue. I raise a very heavy weigh goose that takes 3 years to hit full Maturity. I can tell you I have 7 Browns that have me puzzled. They are all late hatches. My early hatch whites have already gotten there true voice. But even voices can be confusing. So you have some time.

No just the behaviors of loud honking and how they carry their head in relation to their gender. Example people say males carry their head high.

I only have 3 geese but 1 is clearly a male. He's larger than the others and he's very "in charge" of the flock (they are housed with my ducks as well). He has a bit more "turkey neck" if you notice, not sure if that's a male trait, and he is way more vocal than the others. They were hatched in June so about 3 months old.

Oh I forgot to mention, the male will get way more protective. I had a friend over last week, and he would not stop loud squawking when she was outside.
