What age do you slaughter turkeys

What is the normal age that you slaughter turkeys ?
It depends whether they are broad breasted or heritage varieties.

Broad breasted - 3 to 6 months of age.

Heritage varieties won't be full sized until they are a year old.

We’ve processed hens at over six months with no problems. I will say we ended up with a lot meat, but they can potentially have problems walking if you let them go too long.
Edit to add: If you were asking about BB.
