What age is "ready-to-lay"?

At what age can I sell my pullets as "ready-to-lay" pullets? They are a large fowl dual-purpose breed.
 
i agree with them 16-17 weeks, 4 months or a little more. we started out with barred rocks and black stars and they started laying about a little over four months and were all laying by five for sure!

Orps. take a smidge longer though, so if they are those, maybe 5 month old ones are 'ready to lay'?

I just checked my calendar:

Wyandotte: 20 weeks
Orpington: 20.5 weeks
Australorp: 21 weeks
