What age should I process My Wyandottes?

I have a few extra Wyandotte Roos that are going to need to be processed this spring.
I'm curious at what age other people with Wyandottes or similar types have their birds done.

15 or 16 weeks is the norm. Process them a bit earlier if you want to deep fry them.
