What age to do Hens Lay?

I have about a dozen pullets. What is the age they will start laying?

Anywhere from 16 weeks to 8 months depending on the breed and season.

That depends on the breed, as some will start to lay sooner than others. Individual chickens will start to lay at different times as well. Usually, pullets start to lay at around 5-6 months old.
