do chicks start flying and getting adult colored feathers. when do they get there combs

Hmm, well I have 10 3-weekers and they have fully feathered wings, some have feathered tails and shoulders, feathers starting on the bellies but still just fuzzy heads. Believe me THEY FLY! Well, they aren't migrating south or anything, but they can go up a good 4 feet and fly/glide/run straight about 7 feet. I just recieved 5 ADORABLE bantams that are 2-weekers and they have feathered wings and can fly a little I was told but haven't seen it yet.
