What am I and am I male or female?

I got this out of a "pullet" bin at Pet Depot and put it under my broody Ameraucana during the Easter Hatch.
(Actually hatched on April 15th)

I was thinking Welsummer, but maybe it's a production Red? It was a little red chipmunk at 3 days....

It is HUGE but the comb is tiny. What do you all think?

pullet, i'm not sure about bred tho the little eaar muffs are strange, maybe a RIR/EE X ? pretty chicken
