Can someone tell me what the blood and the white spot on the left side of the egg are?

That is a meatspot, not unusual to get and nothing to worry about

The blood is a blood spot/streak,
caused by a broken blood vessel when ova(yolk) detached from follicle.
Not seeing a meat spot.
