What am i looking at????????

So i have been incubating eggs for about 15 days now and i have been looking into the eggs with a flash light every couple days. In most eggs i don't know what I'm looking at. Please send some picks of fertilized eggs after about 15 days or somewhere close to that because i need to know if the eggs are going to hatcher not.

P.S. I do have a rooster.
