Seriously, though, I'm not sure. My speckled sussex had those chipmunk-like markings when they were babies, but there are lots of breeds that look like that.

What color are his or her legs, are they yellow... pink... ? I can't tell from the photo, but I think they look pinkish. What type of comb does the chick have?

Looks like a single comb

Legs look bownish with a yellow tint

Has not stopped moving so I can't get any better pictures. He/She is all different shades of brown.

Chick down looks like a wheaten/duckwing split. Maybe an Easter Egger.

I had two that were slightly similar to yours (marking-wise).

They are EE/ [Ameracauna] (sp?) crosses with something else - yeah....I have mutts, lol.

This is them grown up:

Bo-Peep [EE X Silkie] - hen

Spanky [EE X something?] - roo

Perhaps your little chick will turn out to be something like them (????)
