I'm almost 4 weeks old and suppose to be a EE pullet.

The Ee pullet is actually looking a bit rooish with those thick legs and the large patches of brown/red on it's wings. But that's just a guess as the picture doesn't show much detail.

When I was raising EE's, my young roo got much redder than the girls at 4 weeks old. There are many things that can distinguish between genders. The comb, of course, the thickness of the legs, the prominent breast bone, and more. I'm sure some better pictures of the face will help determine the gender. But sometimes, it just takes longer than one or two months. I can't wait to see more pictures of the "pullet". I hope some of this information helps.

I'm also suspicious for a rooster on that first bird.
