Hard to tell how big without something in the pic, like a quarter or dollar bill for scale.

That is one big egg!!!! I have an Australorp that lays huge eggs too. Must be an Aussie thing.

My 15 girls started laying Dec.22 2013. Sarah, one of the Ameracaunas, lays huge double yokers almost every time she lays an egg. It's amazing.
