What and how old?

We are new to the chicken scene and need a little guidance. These are our new chicks, we do know the brown ones are Rhode Island reds, and the little one in the middle is an austrolup(?), but the big one on the end we can't figure out. We also would like to know how old.

Adorable little guys! Only a few days old by the looks of it. I would guess that the two with the brown, black and yellow heads Wyandottes, possibly Silver Laced?
