What animal dropped this?

Here is one for the ages! I found this out in the field. I thought it to be from a horse, gauging by the size and undigested hay. No tracks around and since the ground was extremely moist a large animal like a horse would have left a very deep impression in the ground. No other tracks were found. Give it a try, after seeing something like this, I will believe anything! We live in South Central Pa. North of the Maosn Dixon line.
