What Are Saddle Feathers?

Can someone please explain saddle feathers and hackle feathers to me and how they determine gender. Are there any other things that make roosters roosters and hens hens?? I have three 15 week old EE's and I am still having trouble sexing them... please help!

No problem! I saw another with more info on both a roo and a hen! I'm also a newbie too.

Our girls are 11-12 weeks old, about 6 more weeks till eggs should some!
