What are some chicken attivites for middle school

I'm doing a class at my school about my chickens and I need some ideas for something to do.

Maybe you could show them the difference (deep yellow-orange yolks) from your chickens and pale yolks from store bought eggs.

I know a lot of schools allow for egg hatching experiments
