What are some of kinds of chicks that have feathers on their feet?

I was in the feedstore the other day, and the had a straight run, varied assortment of bantams. They were so adorable, some had feathers or down on their feet too, and I was wondering what kind they may have been.
What breeds have this trait?
They marked them ALL (bantams and regular breeds) down to one dollar WHILE I WAS STANDING there! Oh the temptation!
