If they are both fed the same, the taste and texture should be the same. If the BBB is processed when it does not have any pin feathers, it will also present a nice clean carcass.

And how about difference in weight?

I raised BBB and BBW this year and didn't notice any difference in the weight. My biggest BBB was 47.4 and my biggest BBW was 47. The only way I could tell the difference once processed was a couple pin feathers.
