What are these feathers (I think) sticking from my girl's butt area?!?

My 19.5-week-old barred rock, Midnight, has these weird feathers sticking out of her fluffbutt area. None of my other girls have these. What are they?!? She is acting normal otherwise. Just started doing the "submissive squat" for us this past week. Sorry for such poor pictures, she is hard to catch - she hates to be picked up.
