What are these little guys!

I have 3 little chicks I'm wondering about. It's a Large Fowl Cochin, a Bantam Cochin, and a Yellow Bantam mixed breed. Please are they hens or roos? I'm sure the little Bantam Cochin is a hen but still....you never know They've always been together so I can only take pics of the three together. Here they are.
