What are these tiny BB’s in my Easter Eggers eggs?

Hello all!
My 2 year old Easter egger hen has been laying some weird eggs recently. They have clusters of small deposits of shell on the outside, and when I crack them open, there are numerous tiny perfectly round deposits inside. They are the same light blue color as the outer shell. They feel very hard, and I can’t squish/deform them with pressure. This is making the eggs inedible, since I don’t like my eggs crunchy 🤣.
She seems to be feeling fine otherwise, eating, drinking, foraging, etc. She does have bumble foot again ( 2nd time in about 8 months-I think the first time maybe never fully resolved ) that I am treating with PRID and epsom salt soaks. But she seems to be acting like her usual self.
I have attached some photos of the outside of the egg, what it looks like cracked open, and the inner deposits as well.
Any ideas of what might be causing this?
Thank you!!!
