What are these?

2 things....
1. These worm looking bugs found in the coop. See picture.

2. And some sort of flea living around the coop. Small black bug that jumps. The size of a period __>. But they’re not on my birds. Just all around the coop and bedding. I’ve used an insecticide, Garlic, DE and vinegar with tea tree oil. Nothing will get rid of them. They’re living mainly on the gravel and dust

I treat the birds and the coop if mites or lice infest the birds, and otherwise pretty much ignore the rest. You could spread some permethrin (or whatever's okay for you to use) under fresh bedding out there too. And deeper bedding. Scatter some feed or scratch in the bedding, and let your chickens work it over.
Not all insects are evil, and need to be eliminated in the coop.
