Looks like they are just learning how to fight, of course its just play at this point.

A cockerel will aproach from the rear if he were looking for a little action.

Yep, learning how to fight... at 10 weeks are you sure you don't have two boys? They are too young to be interested in anything else. My silkie boys didn't start doing their dance till about 3 months old and didn't start doing their thing till 4-5 months... and didn't actually get it done till about 6 months

Well, one of them is smaller then the other, baby has the little red waddle under her mouth right now and sammy doesnt.
 
Hens will sparr just like young roolets. And Im pretty sure my cockerals sparred with pullets just like that. Dont lose hope yet. From what you say it sounds like you have a pair!
