What are we?

I have a couple questions (chicken newbie here!) I have two ~9 week old youngsters that I would like to determine breed and gender. They are from the same person.

Chick #1 - Smaller than chick #2

Chick #2 - Has always been larger than chick #1, but now seems to be developing redder wattles.

Rooster named Percy - What breed do you think he is??

The first two look like white rock pullets and Percy is a BLRW(blue laced red wyandotte).

Percy is beautiful, I love BLRWs.

Are they bantam or standard?

Assuming standard, the two white ones look like White Plymouth Rock hens. The rooster is a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte or a BLRW cross.
