Maybe nothing, we tend to eat during the day and have little or nothing for dinner! Weird, but I got used to the big meal in the middle of the day when I lived in South America. Early breakfast, big lunch, maybe an afternoon snack.

I'd love to have a good meatball recipe though!

We're having fried chicken, potatoes (not sure what kind yet), red beans and rice, and biscuits from Popeyes. And I'm having an extra side of "I'm going crazy."

I had a really late lunch which was a Subway Veggie Wrap. I ate lunch so late that I'm not even thinking about dinner at this point.

Hi! Tom grilled chicken thighs (our favorite chicken-part to grill), potato salad (with potatoes from the garden and sweet pickles I made just yesterday with cukes from the garden), and fresh beans (from the garden).
Can't wait to dig in!
