Just butchered 12 cornish at about 9 weeks old today. I wanna what you made for dishes with them need ideas! My RIR's didnt taste so well... Post pics!!

I'm thinking the cornish cross meat birds? They're going to be the same as grocery store chicken, so pretty much any chicken recipe will work. We like roasted chicken, or dishes like enchiladas, pot pie, etc.
