What are your thoughts on breed and gender?

I got this little chick from a lady who used it as a day old chick for easter pictures. She believed that the farmer she got it from said it was a Welsummer chicken. Do you all agree? She/he is about 3-4 weeks old at this time. Any ideas on gender?

Looks like a Welsummer to me, and I'm going to say pullet since the comb is still very small and light colored

There are alot of breeds that look chipmunk but if the farmer said Welsummer then I would assume Welsummer and if it is its a pullet. The V on the head looks very defined. And you can sex Welsummers by the V. Well defind straight V girl, messy V boy.
