What Bantam Breed is this?

This guy is about 8 weeks old. Got him from a bin of assorted bantams at tractor supply in march 2020, which I believe was supplied by Hoovers Hatchery. Anyone know what he is? I asked Hoover's and they said it looked like a Partridge Cochin, but it doesn't have feathered legs. I thought maybe BB Red Game Bird R

Yes, that is scary. I have a feeling it was an office worker, not someone knowledgeable making the ID. Before I even sent the picture they told me it was hard to ID breeds from photos, and ironically they referred me to the photos on their website to ID my bird. Thanks, bantamsrmyfav. Now I have to wait and see if he is going to crow loud enough I have to get rid of him. Town ordinance, hens only.
