What birds lay the biggest eggs or most protein?

I eat about 8 eggs every morning, does anyone know what birds lay the biggest or most protein packed eggs?

No idea on the biggest egg layer but the protein I would think is dependent on the diet the hen is eating.

My RIR lays really big eggs. She lays 12-14 days before taking a break. Her eggs are the first to be eaten/used from our carton.

I have no clue what breed lays the biggest eggs though.

i bought one a while back that the lady said would lay eggs double the size of normal eggs, cant remember the name of it, coon got it
