What Breed/Age is this hen?

We managed to catch this chicken (hen, I assume) that has been living in the woods around one of our rental cabins. She showed up there and started hanging out on the porch in July. Can you tell me what breed she is, and perhaps a guess at her age? Thanks!

Looks like a American game, i'd say at least a year or more.

She is probably a mixed breed. I don't know any true breeds that come in that color. Is she a bantam? Possibly a game cross.
She appears to be over 6 months old, but that's as far as I can guess.

I'm new to chickens, but she is definitely smaller than my other 18-22 week old assorted breeds. So maybe she is a Bantam?? I hadn't even thought of that!
