What breed am ? Brahmas or Marans

Hello friends help me settle a question of this chickwe have please. My husband says Black Marans Rooster and I say black brahma rooster. We raise both but there was no mixing of breeds. What do think?

Most likely a cockerel. It's a bit early to be sure.
