This little lady is not a backyard mutt, as she was purchased out of a store. I did not see her as a chick. She is all black except for the red factor on her front.

I have only ever seen RIR in red... I have answered my own question though... She is a Black Star.

Yeah I googled Rir and that was the first image, but I didn't click through and see that it wasn't even a Rir it was a Black star
