What Breed and Gender (5 and a half weeks old)?

We recently acquired what we were told was a silver-laced wyandotte, which she is clearly not. Does anyone have any ideas about what breed or mix she might be? We thought maybe partridge wyandotte because of her coloring, but her comb doesn't look right for a wyandotte. Also, she has some ruffled feathers on her back.
And is she really a she, or might she be a little rooster? She is 5.5 weeks old, and her comb is still yellow.

Looks like a pullet to me. And Maybe a welsummer(?).

Maybe a welsummer or a brown leghorn. If a leghorn she will develop white ear lobes as she gets a little older.

It is not a Welsummer. Stripes are to close in the coloring.
