What breed and gender are these ducks?

I have two lovely ducks I think they are both girls but I'm not sure. Any opinion?

The one in front is a female rouen, and the one in the back looks to be a female silver appleyard.

Very pretty ducks. How old are they? Both of them are looking like males in my opinion. The darker one is a Rouen and the lighter one is a Welsh Harlequin.
